Rachel Seew
Secretarial Partner
Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry and she has the extensive experience in performing other corporate secretarial duties including company formation, corporate restructuring and etc.
Rachel is affiliate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and licence to act as Company Secretary from the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Tax Partner
MKLee has more than 20 years of tax experience in Corporate tax services and individual tax (sole proprietor, partnership) services.
Other related services, i.e. tax advisory (e.g. corporate restructuring exercise), tax field audit, application for stamp duty exemption, application for manufacturing licence, application for tax incentives and liaising with the relevant Government authorities in this respect.
Transfer pricing (TP) documentation service - prepared by the TP team and discussions through meeting with clients.
MKLee is affiliate member of The Association of International Accountant (UK); Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and has obtained the tax agents license under Section 153(3) of the Income Tax Act 1967, approved license from the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF).

Fong has over 29 years of experience in both professional practice as well as the commercial sector. He has been involved in the audits of numerous public listed groups operating in various industries and multi-national corporations in Malaysia. He was also involved in a few corporate listings and restructuring exercises. His experience encompasses areas such as review of forecasts and projections, financial due diligence and preparation of accountants’ report in connection with corporate restructuring, initial public offerings and reverse takeover in industries such as venture capital, manufacturing, property development, retail and distribution.
Fong gained valuable experience from the commercial sector in accounting, corporate finance & treasury, trade financing and systems re-engineering when he was working as Group Finance Manager in the commercial sector during the period from 1995 till 1999. With his mixed blend of experiences in both professional practice and the commercial sector, Fong has a good grasp of the business issues faced by various industries and is able to recommend appropriate solutions from a professional’s perspective.
Fong is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and CPA Australia.

With over 15 years of experience, Josephine has developed expertise across the SME and commercial sectors. She started her career as a cost accountant in one of the top oleo chemical industries, which provided a solid foundation in financial management. This experience paved the way for her diverse skill set in general accounting, hardware trading, property management and farm management. Josephine is adept at managing full set accounts, financial systems, offering sound financial advice, liaising with stakeholders, checking financial information, and maintaining precise accounting records.
Josephine's unique blend of skills and experiences makes her a versatile and valuable asset, capable of navigating and addressing complex financial and business challenges with professionalism and ease.
Josephine is a certified HRDF trainer, further showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and development.
